Orders received are forwarded to affiliate restaurants/services and confirmed through brickandspoonorlando.com customer service operators. ( average of 60-90 seconds after receiving the order online.)

 

Orders received are subject to being held before forwarding to affiliate restaurants/services a minimum of up to 10 minutes, with a maximum of up to 15 minutes to guarantee minimum to maximum delivery times of 45 minutes to 60 minutes provided by brickandspoonorlando.com delivery service contracts.

 

Orders Received ( via Grubhub, Uber Eats. ) 

Orders received are forwarded to affiliate restaurants/services and confirmed through brickandspoonorlando.com customer service operators. ( average of 60-90 seconds after receiving the order online. )

Customer Service Order Confirmation

Orders received by brickandspoonorlando.com and faxed (forwarded) to restaurants/services are confirmed by brickandspoonorlando.com restaurant/customer service operators.

 

brickandspoonorlando.com restaurant/customer service operators will confirm the order through the last four digits of your customer order number stamped on every order forwarded by brickandspoonorlando.com.

 

Restaurant Confirmation Of Order Procedure

Upon restaurant confirmation of delivery order, the restaurant must Receive, Confirm, Prepare & Pack the order an average of 20 minutes ( plus 5 minute grace ) or less. Orders must be prepared correctly and packed correctly for proper delivery. Forgotten items for delivery orders are subject to customer credit and or a re-delivery fee. ( fees for re-delivery will be explained in Additional Operating Fees )

 

Delivery Order pickup

Upon confirmation of delivery orders by, brickandspoonorlando.com restaurant/customer service operators. Orders are to be prepared & packed correctly, ready for pickup & delivery on average 20 minutes (plus 5 minute grace) or less. Drivers will arrive to pick up orders ( fee’s due apply on wait times past 25 minutes )

( fees for waiting time will be explained in Additional Operating Fees )

 

Re-Delivery Of Unpacked Items On Delivery Orders

Item’s not provided or packed on delivery orders are subject to customer credit and or Re-Delivery Fees ( fees for re-delivery will be explained in Additional Operating Fees )

Restaurant Confirmation Of Order Procedure

Upon restaurant confirmation of delivery order, the restaurant must Receive the delivery order, Confirm the delivery order, Prepare & Pack the order an average of 20 minutes ( plus 5 minute grace )25 minutes or less. Orders must be prepared correctly and packed correctly for proper delivery. Forgotten items for delivery orders are subject to customer credit and or a re-delivery fee. ( fees for re-delivery will be explained in Additional Operating Fees )

 

Restaurant staff must confirm the order received by brickandspoonorlando.com with a brickandspoonorlando.com stamp & 4 digit number placed on the ticket under brickandspoonorlando.com stamp. Restaurant must respond with the 4 digit number placed on every order to brickandspoonorlando.com restaurant/customer service representative’s confirmation call.

 

Orders received by restaurants from brickandspoonorlando.com and unconfirmed are subject to cancelation and customer refund or account pause, till such a time brickandspoonorlando.com deems accurate ( fees are subject to multiple account pause for that particular day and or month )

Orders Received & Multiple Orders

Orders are to be prepared immediately after confirmation and in order received and prepared in an average of 20 minutes ( plus 5 minute grace ) 25 minutes or less

 

Multiple orders received must be prepared in the order received and prepared in an average of 20 minutes ( plus 5 minute grace or less )

 

Orders received and not prepared in average preparation times and maximize prep time past 40 minutes; more than two times in one day are subject to account pause. Restaurant will be paused till orders are completed and delivered and restaurants are able to resume normal prep times for that day. Restaurants repeating this process more than once in one day and inside a 3 hour period are subject to pause for the day and a pause fee. ( fees for account pause will be explained in Additional Operating Fees )

 

Orders & Multiple orders received must be prepared in the order received. Multiple orders received not prepared in the orders received, must be ready for delivery along with orders received first. Multiple orders received last and prepared before previous orders are subject to fine and or cancelation and pause.

 

Multiple orders received and not prepared in average preparation times and maximize prep time past 40 minutes, more than two times in one day are subject to account pause. Restaurant & Staff Performance

Restaurant & Staff must provide professional and a courteous response to all orders forwarded and provided by brickandspoonorlando.com unconditionally. Restaurants must confirm all orders and prepare them after a confirmation call is provided. Orders received by restaurants that do not receive a confirmation call must and should confirm the order directly with brickandspoonorlando.com within a 5 minute period upon receiving delivery orders. Orders not receiving a confirmation call from brickandspoonorlando.com and or confirmation of order received by restaurant must not be prepared till notification of order is confirmed. brickandspoonorlando.com is not responsible for any orders prepared and unconfirmed by confirmation call and or restaurant confirmation of orders received.

 

Unavailable Order Items

Items on delivery orders unavailable for current orders, must be called by the restaurant staff or personnel to determine if an order item can be replaced with another item on their menu & or credited back to the customer.

 

Items unavailable must be credited back to the customer.

 

Items that are unavailable and credited back to the customer must be directed to brickandspoonorlando.com Restaurant care, so that restaurant care can refund the customer and or make price adjustments to order for the restaurant account.

 

Order Price Adjustments

Order price adjustments are to be made by brickandspoonorlando.com Restaurant Customer care. Restaurant staff & personnel must call restaurant care and request that price adjustment on the item to guarantee payment & or refund to affiliate accounts.

 

Order price adjustments not presented release brickandspoonorlando.com from any price correction responsibilities.

 

FLAT RATE PACKAGE BRICK&SPOON DELIVERY ORDER PROCESSING PROCEDURES

RESTAURANT MUST PROVIDE DEDICATED FAX LINE & PHONE CONFIRMATION

brickandspoonorlando.com now offers a flat rate delivery fee. This service provides multiple drivers, logistics and .com support; to relieve the restaurant of time wasted waiting for restaurant care, menu changes, adjustments and more, at the restaurant’s request. There are no delivery fees, order fees or time delay fees. Just an hourly flat rate plus fuel daily

 

Service Provide

  • ONE OR MORE DRIVERS DAILY (additional drivers may be added)
  • CHOICE OF OPERATING HOURS HOURS 12PM – 9PM HOURS 9AM – 9PM
  • WEEKLY REPORTS ARE PROVIDED (WILL PROVIDE DAILY GROSSES, WEEKLY TOTALS, TAXES, ORDER AMOUNTS AND MORE)
  • PAYOUTS PAYOUTS ARE PAID OUT WEEKLY (WORK WEEK STARTS ON MONDAY ENDS ON SUNDAY) PAYOUTS ARE PAID OUT ON THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY FOR THE WEEK BEFORE.
  • TIPS ARE PAID OUT DAILY (BILLING FOR TIPS ARE PROVIDED THE DAY AFTER FOR THE DAY BEFORE BEGINNING OF EACH WORK DAY)
  • 7 DAYS A WEEK except all major holidays (NEW YEARS DAY, EASTER, MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND, LABOR DAY WEEKEND, THANKS GIVING & CHRISTMAS) ADDITIONALS FEE’S APPLY FOR MAJOR HOLIDAYS

Orders received forwarded from the restaurants/services and confirmed through brickandspoonorlando.com customer service operators.

 

Orders received will be confirmed by brickandspoonorlando.com operators; when received by the restaurant account.

 

Orders confirmed by brickandspoonorlando.com operators are to be started as soon as confirmed by our operators, unless otherwise instructed by brickandspoonorlando.com operators to hold the order a maximum of 10 minutes or less or until a call back is made by brickandspoonorlando.com operators to let the restaurant know they can proceed with the preparation of the order to avoid orders sitting on restaurant counters or getting cold before delivery.

Orders received and confirmed by brickandspoonorlando.com operators will have a driver dispatched immediately after confirmation of preparation of order is confirmed.

 

Orders dispatched to brickandspoonorlando.com drivers will arrive at the Restaurant/service in 25 minutes or less; unless otherwise instructed by brickandspoonorlando.com restaurant cares for unexpected weather, holiday traffic, rush hour traffic and or overwhelming orders received in very short time frames.

 

Multiple orders received in 5 to 15 minute intervals are subject to be dispatched to existing driver orders previously assigned to drivers on existing orders; depending on the time received, items on the order and or destination of order.

RESTAURANT MINIMUM DELIVERY ORDER GUARANTEE

Restaurant will provide a minimum of 25 to 30 orders a day to guarantee services provided by brickandspoonorlando.com and it’s service contracts to avoid service contract termination.

 

Restaurants will provide additional fees if the daily minimum is not met weekly. An additional weekly fee will apply if an average of 25 orders or less is presented daily. A fee for 15 orders a day or less will apply weekly (105 orders). A fee for 20 orders a day or less will apply weekly (140 orders). A fee for 25 orders a day or less will apply weekly (175 orders). (fees for minimum delivery will be explained in Additional Operating Fees )

 

TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT IS POSTED ON-LINE brickandspoonorlando.com.

RESTAURANT DELIVERY TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAN BE UPDATED & ACTIVELY ENFORCED UPON POSTING ON-LINE brickandspoonorlando.com. ANY TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENTS POSTED ARE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND ARE CURRENT WITH ALL SERVICE CONTRACTS ACTIVE AT TIME OF POSTING.
